Delivery Areas

We deliver to all EU member states as well as Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Japan, and South Korea.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and are displayed automatically at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Germany: 1–2 business days
• EU, Switzerland & Norway: 3–7 business days
• UK, USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Japan & South Korea: 7–14 business days

Shipping Provider

We ship exclusively with DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea), customs fees and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. public holidays, strikes, natural events), delivery times may be longer than usual. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
